MPI Adventure Starts Met Mast Installation off Blyth

After arriving at the Port of Tyne a few days ago, MPI Adventure is now installing the 750-tonne Met Mast off Blyth’s coast, the News Post Leader reports.

MPI Adventure, a wind turbine installation vessel was commissioned by the National Renewable Energy Centre (Narec) to install the Met Mast which will measure the wind resource for the proposed Blyth Offshore Wind Demonstration Site.
