Bergen Gets Brownfield Modification Project from ConocoPhillips

Bergen Group Rosenberg has been awarded a brownfield modification project by ConocoPhillips. The contract will generate activity during 2012 and 2013, and has an estimated value in the range of NOK 350 million (USD 57 million).

The EPCI-contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) involves modifications and replacement of the Waste Heat Recovery Unit on the Eldfisk 2/7 E platform.

The onshore activities will be executed at Bergen Group Rosenberg in Stavanger and offshore activities to be carried out in 2013 with a final delivery to client in Q4 2013.

In 2009, Bergen Group Rosenberg signed a frame agreement with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia for larger modification work in the Ekofisk/Eldfisk Area. Today’s awarded contracts are part of this agreement.
