The design department in the London office has doubled in size in the last few months, and a wealth of experienced master mariners, engineers and naval architects have recently joined the company.

Global Maritime’s design group tackle a wide range of vessel types from semi-submersibles to jack-ups, rock barges and pontoons through to floating piers. It is projects such as the Wind Jack turbine installation vessel that has attracted new talent with the promise of working on innovative and exciting assignments. The wind turbine installation and maintenance vessel, designed for self-sufficient installation of offshore wind turbines and foundations, has already been attracting large levels of interest from the Renewables Industry.
