Energie Beheer Nederland B.V. Changes Name to EBN B.V

On the 26th of September 2011 Energie Beheer Nederland B.V. officially changed its registered name to EBN B.V.

In the gas sector the organisation is already known as EBN. EBN wants to be consistent with its name in all internal and external communication and due to the international character of the Dutch oil and gas industry it is in the company’s interest that its name is registered as EBN B.V.

The change is approved by its shareholder and the Dutch Minister of Economic affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. Starting now, the trading name EBN B.V. will be used for all communication. During the transition period the trading name Energie Beheer Nederland will remain active as well.
